It is worth mentioning that regular washing of the PVC awning ensures the durability of the material, a feeling of cleanliness and coziness. Brushes or sponges are not suitable for cleaning as they can leave stains and scratch the surface of the tarpaulin. We use a smooth, soft microfiber cloth and water stream to ensure optimal results.

For best results, we recommend using Vuplex plastic surface care product. Why do we recommend Vuplex?
1. Due to its composition, Vuplex creates an antistatic field on the surface. This further protects the surface from dust and other dirt.
2. The product covers the surface with a protective sheet that protects against water and pushes water away from the surface of the PVC awning.
3. Masks and polishes minor scratches.
4. Vuplex does not contain alcohol, so the cleaner is gentle and does not damage surfaces, protects them from discoloration or fading.
5. VuPlex protects surfaces from the sun’s UV rays – from yellowing.
6. It is recommended to use at an outdoor temperature of at least + 5 C.

Galvanized metal. We use a water-based emulsifier, alkaline cleaner (PH12) and organic solvents to clean this metal. After cleaning, rinse the galvanized metal with fresh water and thoroughly wipe with a soft cloth.

Aluminum profile. A special mixture of vinegar and warm water is perfect for cleaning this metal. Wet a non-abrasive cloth in this mixture and gently wipe the aluminum surface. Cleaning with this mixture gives the aluminum a shine and renews this metal.

Stainless Steel. Stainless steel must always be cleaned along the structure (polishing) and not across. Clean oxidation sources, fingerprints and other marks with soapy water or a special mild detergent and a soft cloth (suede does it perfectly).

The strength of beech wood is equal to that of oak. It is probably the most durable wood on the market, with an extremely strong surface. No special care is required, but in order to keep the dome made of beech wood shiny and attractive to the eye, we recommend using the Danish “WOCA EXTERIOR WOOD CLEANER” to clean wooden terraces. This product is specially designed to remove dirt without damaging the oil which the wood is soiled with.

We also recommend using a soft, lint-free cloth for polishing and drying. A mixture of vinegar and olive oil gives beech wood a natural shine.

The first step in washing polycarbonate is rinsing with lukewarm water. Then wash repeatedly with a mixture of mild soap and lukewarm water. The use of brushes and wipers is not recommended – they can scratch the surface.

COSMO DOME recommends cleaning this glass with a soft cloth or sponge. After the procedure, it is advisable to wash and dry with a soft cloth to remove water stains.

We recommend cleaning tempered glass with mild soap and lukewarm water. For optimal results, it is advisable to use a clean soft cloth.

After the procedure, wash again with clean water and dry by wiping with a damp cloth or towel. To remove minor scratches and dirt from the bases and joints, we use warm water and a soft cloth.

We recommend use a mixture of mild, non-abrasive soap and lukewarm water and a soft cloth or soft bristle brush to wash textiles. Wipe with a clean, dry cloth until the surface is dry. This ensures that there are no residues left and that the desired result is achieved – clean and morning-fresh textiles.

We recommend using the Danish “WOCA EXTERIOR WOOD CLEANER” to clean wooden terraces. This product is specially designed to remove dirt without damaging the oil which the wood is soiled with.

Using the right soap to clean the patio can delay re-lubrication of the wood surface. COSMO DOME also recommends a mild oil soap called WOCA Exterior Wash-in Oil. This product simultaneously cleans, lubricates and protects the surface. When cleaning, this soap adds extra oil to the wood and gives it extra protection.
